PRO TIP:
UAA has a strict policy on deadlines. Presenters (in panels, colloquy, poster, roundtable sessions) who miss the registration deadline (11/18/25) are automatically removed from the conference database.

STEP 3: PREPARE FOR THE CONFERENCE

PRESENTERS:

  • Make final abstract edits by April 1.
  • Submit your paper to your moderator by March 24.
  • Review the descriptions of the sessions types. Refresh your memory about how much time each presenter has, the role of the moderator, poster guidelines, and the AV setup.
  • Download the conference mobile app or print out a PDF of the program to plan your activities on the plane ride.
